The Taylor Family

    In December 2008, Guidance Preparatory Academy opened in Bartonville, Texas, across the street from Lantana.  Our school is privately owned and operated by Mark and Kathryn Taylor and is dedicated to the mission of providing families a warm, safe and loving environment for their children to learn and grow. Our trained and experienced teachers provide the finest in educational care. The owners are aware of the need to enhance children's moral character from the perspective of love, forgiveness and acceptance.

    Our center is proud to share with our children 16,000 square feet on 4.25 acres!  Our facility includes a gymnasium, cafeteria, spacious classrooms, playgrounds in secured sections, and much more!

     Guidance Preparatory Academy is located on the southwest corner of

FM 407 and McMakin Rd.

    We are open Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 6:30pm.
