Meet Our Director
Hello, my name is Payton Copeland, and I am the Center Director at Guidance Preparatory Academy in Roanoke. I have been working in childcare for almost eight years now. As a mother myself, I understand how important it is to feel safe, secure, and comfortable when leaving your children in the care of others.
It is my personal goal to foster an environment where each child feels loved, safe, and nurtured. Allowing them to challenge themselves not only educationally but physically as well. My favorite part of my job is watching children develop their own personalities while supporting them in achieving their goals. I am super honored to get to be a part of this wonderful school and community. I look forward to getting to know each of our families and building a strong relationship with our community.
